Fall Decorating Hacks
9/22/2019
If you haven't already started your Fall decorating, don't worry- I'm sharing my favorite Fall decorating ideas in this week's blog post. They are easy to do, and you won’t break the bank creating them. Any inexperienced DIYer can complete them in as little as an afternoon. Let’s get to it! 1. Cinnamon Stick Candles Beth at Home Stories A to Z provides this simple and stylish fall centerpiece idea. You won’t need many supplies beyond your favorite candles, some cinnamon sticks and baling twine. 2. Wooden Pumpkin Block These are simple, and adorable! If you have an old 2×4 laying around the garage somewhere you should be able to pull this off in no time. Find a decent sized twig, and some orange paint and you are nearly there. This idea also comes from Pinterest. You may want to sand the edges and distress the paint for a weathered look. So cute! 3. Fall Candle Vase This popcorn kernel vase is a great way to bring the fall harvest indoors. What a great way to dress up hurricane vases you can find at your local $1 Store. The raffia bow tops it off perfectly. 4. Farmhouse Fall Chalkboard Sign Also a totally doable DIY with a little chalk board and some printable stencil lettering if you don’t want to try and freehand it like I did. 5. Farmhouse $1 Store Pumpkins These took 30 minutes to make, and I have them on display as soon as you walk in to my store- and I have had so many people ask to buy them! Crazy! They don't start off being the most realistic pumpkins, but with a little bit of creativity, well, here you go!
6. Give Thanks $1 Store Pumpkins This is a great $1 hack from A Diamond in the Stuff. She shows us how a little bit of spray paint and a Cricut goes a long way 7. Falling Leaves Garland The girls over at House of Jade Interiors made $1 Store leaves look amazing with this fun garland hack sure to bring a lot of sparkle to your home this fall. 9.
