Organizing Kids Rooms

This week in our Organize Your Home Challenge, we tackled what I find to be the difficult rooms in a house- the kid's rooms.  

I truly believe organization is a skill that can be taught, because let’s face it, It is not some inborn trait that you are born with or not born with.

It is also a habit that can be developed. Just like we teach our children to ride a bike, swim, and eating healthy- so too organization can become part of children’s lives as an important habit.  To help our children become skilled in organization means that we first have to provide them with an organized environment. The main reason we are here doing this challenge! *high five

Because that is our job as parents, right? To scaffold and support our children as they grow and develop the skills they need to become happy and functioning adults.
